Main technical parameters

STANDARD CONFIGURTION

1.Feeding section:

1.1 High speed and strength 4-suck-4 forwarder feeder, the angle of the nozzle can be adjust according to the paper condition, it ensure that the thin thick and corrugated paper can be fed smoothly.

1.2 Both side blower device, make sure the paper can be separated and the paper be fed smoothly.

1.3 Wall plate for feeder is cast iron, stable and fit for high speed running.

1.4 Electro mechanical double sheet detector can reduce the waste.

1.5 Slope type feeding table, is much more suitable for feeding thin paper under high speed running condition. It can be non-stop adjusted.

1.6 Both side lay can be used both for pull and push function, equipped with opto-electronic sensor.

1.7 The press roller and the brush wheels can be integrated adjusted, improve

the efficiency.

1.8 Anti-worn PU press roller.

1.9 Non-stop feeding device.

2. Die cutting section:

2.1 The pressing section is made of high strength cast iron QT500, has high strength and never deform.

2.2 Special processed alloy crankshaft.

2.3 Extra anti worn worm and worm gear.

2.4 Pneumatic clutch, and imported rotary joint.

2.5 Oil pressure and air pressure alarm system, protect the machine.

2.6 High accuracy cam box, equipped with synchronized belt and torque overload controller.

2.7 Chase detector, increase the running accuracy; pneumatic chase lock device, electrical pressure adjustment, and convenient chase turning device.

2.8 Hi hardness die cutting plate(HRC50-53).

2.9 Imported pre-stretched gripper chain, increase the accuracy and stability, special side positioning device makes sure all the gripper stops at the same position.

2.10 High strength Ti-Al alloy gripper bars, each part can be fine tuned to fit the processing requirement.

4. Delivery section:

4.1 Automatic aligning device, double side blower device makes sure the thin and thick paper can be delivered neatly.

4.2 The touch screen at the delivery section indicate the running condition, the operations can be done on it.

4.3 There is a control panel at the delivery section, more convenient for operation.

4.4 The opto-electronic sensor at the delivery section can make sure the delivery smooth and neat.

One year guarantee. During the period of quality guarantee, we supply the spare part in free for replacement in case of quality problem, if there get a problem with machine, buyer can not solve it, buyer can take a video of machine running then send to seller.

Packaging

Adopts moisture-proof and shock-proof packaging which is suitable for long-distance road transportation and various types of weather conditions. A full set of maintenance and operation manuals is included.

Delivery Date

Within 40 days after payment of deposit.

Terms of Transportation

Seller shall deliver equipment at its factory and may arrange transportation for Buyer but freight shall be for Buyer’s account.

Terms of Payment

50% deposit by T/T upon final confirmation and balance before shipment; or L/C. After completion, buyer shall come to seller’s factory to check and inspect.

Quality Assurance

Seller provides a 12-month guarantee period. After the guarantee, seller shall still provide technical support to buyer.

Training, Installation and Test Run

1. Seller shall provide training for Buyer in Seller’s factory;

2. Or Seller sends technicians (engineers) to Buyer’s factory. Buyer shall pay the round trip air fare and accommodation. Each technician charges USD100/per day.
