Delivery Date
Within 30 days after payment of deposit.
Terms of Transportation
Seller shall deliver equipment at its factory and may arrange transportation for Buyer but freight shall be for Buyer’s account.
Terms of Payment
50% deposit by T/T upon final confirmation; balance by T/T before shipment.
Quality Assurance
Seller provides a 12-month guarantee period.
Training, Installation and Test Run
A. Seller shall provide training in seller’s factory; or Seller send the engineer to buyer’s factory, but Buyer shall pay the round-trip air fare、food and accommodation.
Each person charges USD150 per day
