One year guarantee. During the period of quality guarantee, we supply the spare part in free for replacement in case of quality problem, if there get a problem with machine, buyer can not solve it, buyer can take a video of machine running then send to seller.

Packaging

Adopts moisture-proof and shock-proof packaging which is suitable for long-distance road transportation and various types of weather conditions. A full set of maintenance and operation manuals is included.

Delivery Date

Within 60 days after payment of deposit.

Terms of Transportation

Seller shall deliver equipment at its factory and may arrange transportation for Buyer but freight shall be for Buyer’s account.

Terms of Payment

50% deposit by T/T upon final confirmation and balance before shipment; or L/C. After completion, buyer shall come to seller’s factory to check and inspect.

Quality Assurance

Seller provides a 12-month guarantee period. After the guarantee, seller shall still provide technical support to buyer.

Training, Installation and Test Run

1. Seller shall provide training for Buyer in Seller’s factory;

2. Or Seller sends technicians (engineers) to Buyer’s factory. Buyer shall pay the round trip air fare and accommodation. Each technician charges USD100/per day.
